Finally got to take the GRE’s. Was so sick of studying for the better part of three months. I want to believe that it’s over now & that I can relax but it’s only beginning. With a to-do list as long as my hair it looks like I’ll be busy till it’s 2011. When this is all said & done I think I’ll go somewhere to travel or something for a little while.
I can’t believe judgment day is upon me. All that I’ve been preparing for all this time will be put to use. I just wanted to get this day over but now that it’s here I feel so anxious. Everyone says I’ll do fine but I wanna do better then fine. I don’t know what that is exactly but I want it. The best to do is be confident in my preparation & leave up to God.
Today was witnessed the end of an era, the end of a career & the end of a chapter in a franchise. For all you sports heads that follow baseball you know that this year was Bobby Cox’s last year as manager of the Braves. As a Mets fan, this man and his Braves have cost me a lot of heartache over the years. Probably about 15 years worth if I’m not mistaken. As much as I’ve hated the Braves year after year of division tittles with playoff berths to boot it was more envy that I felt. That my favorite team didn’t have the harmony & stability 4 one manager to be there year after year who won the respect of all his players & won games too. Sadly this loss marks the end of his career and I hope Brave fans truly know what they are losing.

After a 162 game season spanning 6 months the MLB postseason is upon us. This is what they pay these guys the big bucks as 8 teams in 2 leagues battle it out to be crowned “world” champions. On the AL side we got the Rays, Twins, Rangers, & Yankees while on the NL there is the Phillies, Reds, Giants, & Braves. Judging by the looks of the teams I got a hunch that it’ll be the phillies vs twins in the world series. Your probably better off checking with your fav baseball analyst for their picks as they get paid & I don’t for that job
